She spent one and a half hours talking with our family a few weeks before the funeral service to gain a better understanding of who our Dad was. She even found the perfect song for him when we were struggling to choose music. 🎣

Sarah clearly listened to our stories, which was evident in her words during the funeral. Many guests commented on how wonderful she was and how lovely the service felt. Sarah took her time, spoke clearly, and captured Dad and our memories perfectly. Several guests even thought she must have known him herself. Sarah called us the day before the service to check how we were and to reassure us that everything was in order. She has also said she will be in touch over the next few days just to check in. It was a very personal service during a very difficult time.
