“Sarah was amazing from start to finish.

My mum passed away just four weeks after my brother lost his battle with cancer, I was overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done, but Sarah took the pressure off and made everything much easier. From our initial meeting to discuss the service (and the big warm hug), to the service itself, she kept me updated and checked in regularly to see how I was coping.

The eulogy was beautiful, it summed mum up perfectly and Sarah even brought coffee and chocolates to place on the coffin for mum, which made everyone smile. Sarah really takes the time to get to know the person whose service she is taking, and it's those little details that count. I have had many messages from family and friends on what a lovely service it was, and what a warm and caring person Sarah is.

I can't thank her enough, she made a very sad day into a day of reminiscing, smiling and laughing about the happy memories we have.
